  1. License Agreement
  2.  
  3. Using the RAC Client software product
  4. (hereafter called ôsoftware productö) is free.
  5.  
  6. License agreement between you
  7. (physical person or legal entity - hereafter called ôuserö) and the author
  8. of the software product, that is Miloslav Novotny N+P, ID: 45975434
  9. (hereafter called ôauthorö).
  10.  
  11. Article I. - Copyright
  12. All property rights and copyright concerning the software
  13. product and any copy of the software product are property
  14. of the author of the software product.
  15. The software product is protected by the copyright laws.
  16.  
  17. Article II. - Restrictions
  18. a) the software product must not be resold, rented and the obtained
  19. permissions transferred,
  20. b) the software product may not be included into another software product,
  21. spreading the products thus created, derived from the original software product,
  22. and in any way interfere in the internal structure without the approval of the author,
  23. c) from the software product nor from any of its parts must not be anyhow
  24. taken pieces of information about authorÆs copyright,
  25. d) it is forbidden to do reverse assemble, reverse compile,
  26. disassemble of the software product, or alter it otherwise.

  28. Article III. û User rights
  29. a) right to use the software product free of charge,
  30. b) right of technical support available on e-mail support@remote-rac.com,
  31.  
  32. Article IV. - Term and termination
  33. a) the license agreement and thus the userÆs right to use the software
  34. product free of charge anyhow
  35. expires at the moment when the user breaks the restrictions named in Article II.,
  36. b) by installing a new version of the software product the original license agreement
  37. is replaced by the currently valid license terms of the author that are part
  38. of the new version of the software product,
  39. c) when this agreement expires the user is obliged to stop using this software
  40. product in any way.

  42. Article V. - Liability
  43. THE AUTHOR HAS PROVIDED THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT ôAS IT ISö,
  44. THE AUTHOR NOR THE DISTRIBUTOR ARE LIABLE FOR
  45. ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY OPERATING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  46. IN VIEW OF THE FACT THAT THE LICENSE FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS FREE OF CHARGE
  47. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
